I set up new claims and manage ongoing ones by liaising with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and other relevant parties. I liaise with customers, keep an eye on how all claims are running and update client records on our software.

I work closely with Maurice De Saa and prepare renewal documentation as well as assisting with a variety of ‘behind the scene’ activities like discussing premiums and terms with insurers.
I have an extensive background in property management having previously worked for the council.
